I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Mpumalanga Hockey Association and the trials' venue, their staff, officials, organisers, coaches, and any associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from injury, loss, or harm incurred during the trials, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Selection Criteria

Prospective players should:

Be registered members of the South African Hockey Association (SAHA).
Ensure that both they and their affiliated club are in good standing with the Mpumalanga Hockey Association (MHA).
note that preference will be given to players who normally reside within the Mpumalanga region.

Trials Information

Trials for the IPT and CDs sides will take place at the same time and there will be two rounds of trials. Players must attend both rounds. The dates are:

Round 1 - at Penryn College Astro - 28 April, 9am to 1pm
Round 2 - at Penryn College Astro - 11 May, 9am to 1pm

*Players on Under 21 IPT 2025 are excused from Round 1, but must still register and attend Round 2.

*Note that players may not play in the CDs tournament if they have been selected into the IPT squad.

I acknowlege the selection criteria and shall accept the decisions of selection committee as final.

I acknowlege that there may be a charge to attend Trials

I acknowledge that, should I be selected for the team, I will be responsible for ensuring that my tournament costs will be paid. These may include costs such as tournament fees, transport fees, accommodation costs, kit costs, etc.
